This area can be unlocked by using the red-flag exit in World 4- Ghost House. It contains the franchise's only appearance of Balloon Boos. This level is the second Ghost House in the game. This is the third level in the world, and takes place underwater. It is the only sky level in the world, and mostly takes place on tilting mushrooms. This level introduces poison, and the player must use Dorrie to cross it. If the player were to use World 4- Warp Cannon, unlocked via World 4- 's red-flag exit, then they would reach World 7. The boss of this world is a Mega Goomba, and defeating him will lead the player to World 5. It also introduces Dorrie: a friendly creature who helps Mario travel along the toxic water. World 4 introduces a lot of new enemies, such as Wigglers and Scuttlebugs. This world is only accessible by defeating Mummipokey from World 2 in Mini Mario form. This world is mainly forest-based, and features poison, which defeats the player with a single touch regardless of what form they take. World 4 is a world found in the game New Super Mario Bros.
